If possible, please list a valid email for each group member; to help us communicate conference information with them. If you can not use a valid email for each member please make one up. We use PayPal as a 3rd party vendor to process payments. When checking out, you may pay with PayPal OR use the "pay with debit or credit card" link below the PayPal sign-in to pay with a credit card. When using the credit card link, PayPal will ask for your email to send you a receipt of payment; however, this does NOT register you with PayPal it simply provides you a receipt.
